I waited a whole month for my orders. They do not answer their phones or return phone calls. I tried to return an item and their site directed me to Michael's Art Store. Michael's said they have nothing to do with them. Please don't order from them. Waste of time and money.

I understand it might take longer to receive order, but I can't even contact them. Have send emails and have called several times. I get an answering machine that tells me they will call me back. I have called 4 days in a row, and no response from them.

Terrible customer service. Placed order, never received updates, sent 5 emails asking for updates, 5 phone calls, no reply. Been 21 days and have heard nothing. Will never use this company again!

All orders been late and mailed with first class mail even if i paid for expedited shipping. Last order never send, I tried to talk to customer service they never answered. Worst company to work with. Very disappointed.

No product, 2 emails, 3 call, no reply. Reported them to BBB, did numerous reviews and called my bank to do a stop payment. CROOKS!

I placed an order, but did not receive any updates on shipping. The customer service gives you an arbitrary reply in terms of status, and if you ask more, the response is rude. I get it's like a discount craft website but that doesn't mean the service should be as cheap as the items.

I have dealt with this company for several years now and must say it is one of the best ever. They have phone numbers in the US to access customer service at any time, they back their product 100%, descriptions and photos are accurate and exact as to what you receive. Their customer service agents are wonderful, professional, and very knowledgeable on their products. I wish every company in the US could take lessons on how to treat a customer as this is high above the bar for customer service. The fact they have a phone number access definitely helps legitimize this company. Highly recommend.

Did not receive my product due to Federal shut down probably or bad weather. I Called the company and she apologized and sent it that afternoon. It was here in 2 days. I would give it 5 stars! Thank you Consume Crafts.

I received place card holders that were cut slanted and cut too wide so that when we put our place cards in them they fell right out. Contacted customer service who told me to send them back but refused to refund shipping or send a shipping label. Told me that they'd had no complaints about them and that my cards must be too thin. I assured them that they were thick Cranes card stock and that the place holders were probably defective because they were cut slanted and even if they were narrow enough to hold the cards they would be crooked. Their response: they are rustic and not meant to be uniform. So I've got 72 card holders that don't hold the expensive custom cards I had made for an event next week and this business says there definitely is nothing wrong with their product. Nice.

Items always packed well, prices reasonable, quality seems good. Sales are really good when they have them. They don't carry everything, probably why their prices seem reasonable.
